We were okay with you in the yard. We've got a lot of different folks hanging out here, and we all manage to live together in relative peace and tranquility.

We've got overwhelming evidence.
I've contacted our lawyer who has commenced procedures to have you evicted from our yard. Make no mistake - we will be going after damages, and looking for an arrest for trespassing, willful malicious destruction of property and larceny. A conviction is virtually assured. If I were you, I'd get out of town. Don't make us resort to the lengths we took to evict the mice. It won't be pretty.
