Unexpected Rest

This morning we woke up extra refreshed.  I thought the day seemed really bright and the birds seemed especially active.

And then as we were about to leave for work, I noticed the clocks.  All of the clocks, except the alarm clock, read 8:20.  The alarm clock read 7:20.

The alarm clock that is set automatically from the atomic clock.  Actually they both are.

Unfortunately the actual time was 8:20 not 7:20.  Making us late for work.  Good thing we have flexible working hours!

Nice to get the extra rest - though I think tonight we'll be setting a backup alarm.  Just in case.
