I've got a busy week ahead (nothing new there) and am trying to plan my weekend. We'll be having another of our Thanksgiving Iron Chef Dinners on Sunday and I am trying to decide the on the ingredient. I need to come up with 3 more traditional Thanksgiving dinner ingredients. What are your favorites?

Your cranberry menu looked so good last week - I can't think of a favorite Thanksgiving ingredient quite that versatile. My Thanksgiving favorite is sweet potatoes (not so sure on a menu though)
