Battle Cranberry!

We don't get to host Thanksgiving Dinner. Too many relatives... we end up on the short side of those arguments.

So instead, for this month's Sunday dinners, I am taking a traditional Thanksgiving ingredient, and theming our meal around it, Iron Chef style. This Sunday was cranberry.

Our menu was:

• Pork Loin with Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar Sauce
• Cranberry Couscous
• Chocolate Cranberry Cupcakes
• Mulled Cranberry Apple Cider

The pork loin was wonderful and everyone loved the cupcakes! The Boy and The Girl didn't like the couscous or drink very much, but overall, a very successful meal!
