Did you know that today is National Butterscotch Brownie Day? {Did you know that there is a National Day of Some Food for every day of the year? Seriously - check this out!}

Butterscotch Brownies are like blondies (one of my all-time favorite desserts) with a special added ingredient. Butterscotch chips. I love butterscotch chips.
Best part? {well, the best part is the taste, but the second-best part?} They take almost no time to put together! 15 minutes to gather the ingredients and stir together, then 30 minutes to cook.
And then? Little golden bars of heaven!
Celebrate National Butterscotch Brownie Day with these today. You'll be the hero of the day!
