I bake cookies for gifts for friends and co-workers. Each year I bake 12 different kinds of cookies, decorate and wrap them, and give them away. The time investment is pretty big, but it is totally worth it.

Today I baked the second type of cookie, and have another batch of dough chilling in the refrigerator. Two (and a half) down, eight to go!
