We had a great garden success this weekend - we harvested our first batch (?) of potatoes!
Who knew that they would be so easy to grow, and that they would taste so good?! Well, probably lots of you, but it was a surprise to me!
This was definitely a successful experiment, one that we will most certainly repeat.
We also have been eating our fill of carrots and peas this spring. I just love fresh peas!
We have an impressive start to our harvest year - with lots to come:
Next week I'll try to share another, more ambitious experiment. In the meantime, I've linked up with Daphne's Dandelions Harvest Monday and An Oregon Cottage's Tuesday Garden Party ... hop on over and see what else is being picked this week.
