Harvest Monday - June 4, 2012

Our garden didn't produce much in terms of volume this week, but what we did have sure tasted good!

A few blackberries (from the plants that aren't supposed to be producing yet).

Peas (!) and a couple of stray tomatoes.

These are more that we picked from last year's plant.

Only a few, but so tasty.  I can't wait until next year when we should expect to get a lot more!

I'm sad that our pea season may be coming to a close.  I have been loving the fresh peas for dinner.  And our corn is sooooo far away.

Also picked some lovely basil to pair with a couple of tomatoes and some homemade mozzarella.  Yum!

Total Harvest for the Week: 12.5 ounces
Total Harvest for the Year: 2 pounds, 14 ounces

This week? Maybe some strawberries? And definitely those lemons.

Linked up with Daphne's Dandelions Harvest Monday... hop on over and see what else is being picked this week.
